PARKING
There are over 5000 parking bays available at Clearwater Mall, with a choice of covered parking Entrance 1, 2, 3 and 5 on the Lower Level and covered parking on the Upper Level. The only open parking is at Entrance 4 next to Christiaan de Wet Road and a portion of open bays at Entrance 5, behind Car@wash.
Clearwater Mall offers priority parking to disabled individuals near each entrance.

Pay points for lost parking tickets can be found at the Guest Relations Desk at Entrance 2 or Centre Management Reception on the Upper Level, outside Entrance 7.

Entrance 2 - Parrots / Ocean Basket
Entrance 3 – African Bank / Woolworths Lower Level
Entrance 4 - FNB / Nedbank / Mugg & Bean
Entrance 5 - ABSA / Pick n Pay
Entrance 6 Lift to Lower Level - ABSA / Pick 'n Pay
Entrance 8 - The Mattress Gallery / Nu Metro / Game
Entrance 9 – Dischem / Woolworths Upper Level
Parking payment methods
We offer a variety of convenient payment methods to pay for parking, which include:
- Tap & Go without a paper ticket: tap your bank card upon entry of the boom, when leaving the mall tap your card again to pay for your parking. No paper ticket is needed for this facility.
- Tap & Go with paper ticket: Insert your parking card at the boom upon exiting the mall and tap your bank card to make payment.
- Card: pay at the pay stations using your debit or credit card by inserting your card or tapping to pay.
- Cash: pay at the pay stations using coins and notes.

Pre-paid Parking Cards
For your shopping convenience, we have pre-paid parking tickets available to all our shoppers to avoid the parking cues. Please visit reception at the Guest Relations Desk at Entrance 2 or Reception at Centre Management outside Entrance 7 for your card.
