Clearwater Mall has 9 entrances. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 are located on the Lower Level 6, 7, 8, 9 are located on the Upper Level. Pay stations for parking payments are available at each entrance.
Clearwater Mall now offers Tap & Go facilities at the booms. Allowing you to tap your card upon entry and tapping your card to pay when exiting the mall – no tickets are needed for this facility.

Centre Management
Clearwater Mall is proudly owned and managed by Hyprop Investments Limited with an on-site management staff component of 23 members to ensure that your shopping experience is seamless and convenient. A Centre Management representative is available every day to assist with any concerns or issues. The Management Office is located on the upper level, outside entrance 7.
