Join us in the Piazza for a Silent FAB FIT Mash-Up Class on Thursday evening, 18 September from 5:00pm - 8:00pm. The class will be kicked off with calming yoga followed by a powerful Box Fit class.

For just R50 you can enjoy a 1.5 hour class that includes a delicious muffin as well as coffee or tea at Doppio Zero afterwards.

- Each participant that books and pays online will receive a voucher from the instructor after the class.
- The R50 quickie at Doppio Zero is only valid for 18 September 2025 from 5:00pm - 8:00pm and may not be claimed at a later stage.
- Should you not attend the class on 18 September, the snack will be forfeited.
- The filter coffee or tea may not be exchanged for something else, unless you wish to pay in.
